Shipping Policy – Alkmy Homeopathics (Australia)
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are packed with care from our Gold Coast, QLD location.
During peak times, product launches, or sales, processing times may extend slightly. If delays occur, we will notify you directly via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Standard Shipping (AusPost):
• 3–8 business days (depending on your location)
• Flat rate: $15
Express Shipping (AusPost):
• 1–4 business days
• Flat rate: $25
Rural and remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel through Australia Post.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Local Pickup (Gold Coast, QLD)
Local pickup is available by appointment only.
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
Once items have been shipped, delivery times are outside our control.
In line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and QLD fair trading expectations:
• If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days.
• We will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
• Replacements or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the outcome of the carrier investigation.

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries.
Delivery times vary depending on customs processing and destination.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes imposed by their country.
Some countries have restrictions on natural or homeopathic products.
Please check your local regulations before ordering.
We cannot issue refunds for parcels rejected by customs.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel:
